Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases from our web site.

Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Acceptance of your order

We must receive payment for products and delivery charges before we can process your order. We reserve the right to restrict the number of products you order and to refuse any order. We will notify acceptance of your order by sending an email to you stating that your order has been accepted. When we have accepted your order there is a binding contract created between us.

Payment Options

Direct credit - Bank details are on our invoice. Please email remittance.

EFTPOS - We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Shipping

Shipping costs depend on your location and the item purchased. If you require the item to be sent by express delivery or to a location outside Perth, then there will be additional charges. The actual shipping costs will be advised at the time your order is confirmed.

Shipping Delays

If the item is in stock orders are generally shipped within 3 to 4 working days. If the item is NOT in stock you will be advised of an approximate date the item will be shipped. You will be notified when your order is despatched. We do NOT take any responsibility for late shipments.

Availability

All orders are subject to availability of products. If we are unable to deliver the products ordered we will notify you, if payment has been made for the unavailable products we will refund the price and delivery charges to you within 14 days of your order.

Fabric Options

Customers are advised not to rely on matching the colours shown on this website. If you need to check the actual colour/fabric selected you should ask for a swatch to be sent to you or you should visit our Malaga showroom to view the swatches. No refunds or returns are allowed for a mismatch of colours or fabric styles if a swatch was not requested.

Refunds/ Return Policy

If the products are returned because of a change of mind, no refund will be given.

If goods are found to be faulty – a refund will be given if returned within 30 days of purchase with original receipt. Products sold with a manufacturer’s warranty will be subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions with the original receipt as proof of purchase. Any products returned to us for a refund or exchange should be returned to us in their original condition.

Final decisions on refunds, exchanges and credit notes are left to the discretion of the business owner or manager.

If products we deliver to you are not as ordered or are damaged, defective or of incorrect quantity you should contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the incorrect, damaged or defective products. Delivery and shipping costs are non refundable.
